(in)sĀnity
I started (in)sāne as a creative outlet — one I had been searching for ever since graduating college and no longer being able to give all of my time to football and music. Creativity has always been central to who I am. Music gave me that for years, and clothing design has become an even deeper extension of it.
To me, (in)sāne is a double-sided coin. It can suggest instability, but it also represents passion — the unfiltered drive to chase something relentlessly. A lot of people are labeled (in)sāne when, in reality, they’re simply misunderstood. Especially when it comes to mental health, stigma often keeps us from expressing what we feel out of fear of judgment. When we accept it, talk about it, and seek help, it becomes manageable.
For me, understanding and accepting my anxiety was the beginning of understanding myself.
(in)sāne is built on comfort — in every sense of the word. I believe you don’t need stiff suits, tight shirts, or rigid expectations to look good. Comfort over style. When you feel good in what you’re wearing, confidence follows. It’s not scientific — but it’s real. These pieces are meant to feel lived in, expressive, and effortless. Wearing (in)sāne doesn’t mean you have everything figured out. It means you’re comfortable being on your own path.
The brand exists for non-conformists — people who aren’t afraid to change it up quietly. This isn’t about shaking the world. It’s about making a subtle but intentional adjustment to daily life. Quiet confidence, with a strong point of view.
I obsess over fit above all else. Clothing has to drape properly to feel right. (in)sāne blends elements of prep into streetwear while bringing light and color into a space that often lacks both. Recurring symbols like the double X represent eyes and perspective — an open invitation to see the brand, and yourself, through whatever lens you choose.
A portion of proceeds supports To Write Love on Her Arms, an organization focused on mental health awareness, recovery, and connection. This brand was built during my own process of mental regulation. My creativity is fueled by restlessness, angst, and reflection. (in)sāne exists for people who are struggling, dreaming, and still showing up — finding meaning in their hardships and turning them into something real.
That’s what this is about.
